Position: Admin Officer

AO Pay Rate: £12.65 per hour

Hours: Full time, 37 hours per week

Start Date: As soon as possible

Location: Lisburn

Hours of Work: 9 to 5 Monday to Friday

Job Duties:

– This is a temporary appointment.The post holder is responsible for supporting the Water Utilities Regulation Team. – Duties will include planning of meetings and providing secretariat supportas required. – To co-ordinate and manage email correspondence for the team. – The post holder must have the ability to deliver results at pace and to manage work against deadlines and competing priorities. – The post holder must hold a full UK driving licence. – The post holder will be expected to have good interpersonal and communications skills, as well as good analytical and problem-solving skills. – The post holder will be expected to work flexibly within the overall team and also using their own initiative and provide a positive contribution to the overall success of the team. – Any other duties that may be required by line management.

Essential Criteria:

– Must have 2 GCSEs including Maths & English (must be able to show certificates)

– Ability to work closely with range of senior stakeholders, managing calendars, scheduling meetings.

– Experience in organising and maintaining records.

– Ability to prioritise tasks and work to tight deadlines.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– The ability to work as part of a team and be capable to work on own initiative

– Have a strong working knowledge of all Microsoft Office products including Word and Excel.

*The successful applicant will be required to complete an Access NI during registration*
