Overview
Barnabas Aid is seeking a highly organised Finance Administrator to lead financial processes for our UK charity and help steward legacy gifts with integrity and care. This role blends financial management, reporting, and donor legacy administration – supporting global aid projects in more than 100 countries. You’ll work closely with senior leaders across our UK and international teams.
You’ll bring
* Strong experience in bookkeeping and financial reporting (ideally in a charity)
* Excellent attention to detail and sound judgement
* Confidence working with executors, solicitors and donor families
* A living Christian faith and alignment with our values
You’ll be responsible for
* Managing financial transactions, reports, and VAT returns
* Leading legacy administration and donor stewardship
* Supporting audit and compliance processes
* Working closely with our Supporter Relations and International Finance teams
