Customer Service Representative
Location: Shrewsbury
Salary: £25k–£32k (depending on experience)
Hours: 08:00–17:00, Monday–Friday (no weekends)
Do you thrive on helping people and making their day easier? We're looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Service Representative to be the voice of our business. You'll be the first point of contact for our customers, making sure every enquiry, order, and request is handled with professionalism and care.
What You'll Be Doing
* Talking to customers daily – answering calls and emails, resolving queries, and building positive relationships.
* Processing orders accurately and keeping customers updated.
* Coordinating with our sales, operations, and purchasing teams to ensure everything runs smoothly.
* Spotting opportunities to improve the customer journey.
