Content Strategy Team Leader (Maternity Cover), 12m FTC, Rugby, £35k-£41k (DOE)
Are you a natural storyteller who loves turning technical ideas into engaging, high-impact content?
A well established, leading UK business, part of an international (50+ countries) organisation in the construction and engineering sector is looking for a Content Strategy Team Leader to join its UK Marketing Team on a maternity cover, 12 month, fixed term contract.
In this role, you’ll lead the planning and delivery of a strategic content programme aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals. From managing the content calendar to creating compelling copy across multiple channels, you’ll play a key role in shaping how the brand communicates with its audiences.
You’ll produce content for campaigns, web, social media, advertising, case studies and email marketing, while also managing relationships with an external PR agency and supporting media coverage.
You’ll analyse performance, identify new content opportunities, and ensure all communications remain consistent with brand guidelines.
We’re looking for someone with at least five years’ experience in content, marketing or communications, strong copywriting skills, and the ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging messaging.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing, digital specialists, sales engineers and external agencies in a collaborative environment where creativity and initiative are valued.

Requirements
* At least five years’ experience in content, marketing or communications.
* Strong copywriting skills and ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging messaging.
* Full UK driving licence and occasional UK travel.
