About the Role
Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of others? Hindson House is looking for caring and committed Healthcare Assistants (HCAs) to join our supportive team in providing high-quality care to adults with learning and physical disabilities.
Our short stay respite unit offers a safe, welcoming, and person-centred environment for up to 60 residents. As an HCA, you'll play a vital role in supporting individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence, and ensuring their comfort and wellbeing during their stay.
💼 What is the day-to-day of the role:
Provide compassionate personal care and emotional support
Assist with mobility, meals, and daily routines
Work collaboratively with nurses and other care professionals
Help maintain a clean, safe, and friendly environment
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

Experience in care is vital - full training provided
A kind, patient, and respectful approach to care
Good communication and teamwork skills
