Responsibilities
Managing a small team of Property Assistants and Assistant Property Managers, the Property Manager is responsible for all aspects of shift management and the performance, attendance, punctuality and engagement of their team.
As team lead, the Property Manager will ensure that all team members are informed, engaged and being developed in line with individual development plans. The quality of your team's work will require monitoring and coaching plans in place when required.
Supportive and engaging real time management of the shift resource is a key duty, ensuring that KPIs are being met and adjustments are made to live as and when required so that all channels deliver the expected levels of service. Leading by example to ensure Assistant Property Managers and Property Assistants understand the importance of delivering to KPIs.
Training will be provided to develop an in-depth knowledge of all clients and an ability to complete front line work for all if required, leading to the Property Manager acting as Senior point of internal escalation in relation to property issues/client contact issues & internal point of contact for external stakeholders.
Property Managers will also work with the Operations manager in liaising with Client Services Managers to ensure complaints and issues arising from existing clients are handled quickly and efficiently & contributing to successful onboarding of new clients. Following agreed steps of internal escalation with CS team.
