Year 1 : Up to £45k OTE
Year 2: £60-70k OTE

What would your day to day look like?
* Calling candidates, screening them and short-listing them to specific jobs.
* Speaking to clients, negotiating terms and arranging interviews between them and candidates.
* Managing the full 360 recruitment process.
* Closing deals and billing big!
