We're Hiring: Freelance Contract Manager
Location: Bradford, Kirklees, Oxford (once per week) - office located Manchester

Day rate: £350-450 per day
Duration: Ongoing - 2 to 4 months
We are seeking an experienced Social Housing Freelance Contract Manager to oversee multiple sites on a retrofit scheme. Current sites are located in Bradford, Kirklees, and Oxford (visit once a week). And you will be based at the Manchester office once per week. This role is ongoing and looking at around 2-4 months in length at present.
Responsibilities of the Freelance Contract Manager:
Overseeing social housing retrofit schemes on multiple sites - solar, loft insulation, cavity walls, ventilation.
Once a week at office, once a week in Oxford, and Bradford/Kirklees remaining week.
Ensure site processes and programmes are running correctly/effectively.
Oversee and support Site Manager on each site and support where needed.
Manage labour needs and costings.
Be a main point of contact between office and sites.
FUEL EXPENSES WILL BE PAID.
Requirements for the Freelance Contract Manager:
Minimum 4 years previous experience in Social Housing.
CSCS, SMSTS/SSSTS
First Aid (preferred)
Asbestos Awareness
Day rate/salary:
Day rate £350 to £450 per day - negotiable.
Fuel expenses are paid.
Weekly pay on a Friday
