Hours: Full-time - 39 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £13.76p/h - £27,272 per annum

Are you seeking a rewarding administrative role within a prestigious organisation? We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join Royal Mail in Chester as a Fleet Administrator!
Key Responsibilities:
* Inputting pay details accurately into the system.
* Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to established protocols when handling sensitive payroll information.
* Maintaining and updating leave records in PSP.
* Managing the leave booking process for employees, including processing requests, approving or denying leave, and updating records accordingly.
* Coordinating annual leave rosters for the workshop cluster.
* Tracking and managing leave requests and adjustments throughout the year, maintaining accurate records of leave usage and entitlements.
* Communicating with offices via email to notify them of vehicle readiness.
* Providing updates on any delays or issues affecting vehicle readiness and coordinating alternative arrangements as needed.
Requirements:
* Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Basic proficiency in computer applications.
* Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
* Previous logistic administrative experience is preferred.
* Proficient with payroll systems.
