Warehouse PM Shift Manager – DHL Supply Chain
Pay Rate: £30,000 - £35,000 (Depending on experience)
Grade: M
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday - 1:30pm to 10:30pm
Location: RG2 0BS

What You’ll Do
* To co‑ordinate and lead the work activities of the shift, providing effective leadership, communication, motivation, training and development and team management for the workforce.
* Manage own staff on shift to drive a culture of high performance, positive engagement and the highest standards of safety and productivity.
* Ensure that team performance reviews, development and/or succession planning is completed for all staff on shift.
* Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's).
* Execute against customer requirements and operational KPI's. Produce end‑of‑shift analysis and provide data on achievements and issues.
* Work closely with Senior Management to enable site to deliver on expectations and צווישן maximise any opportunities to further develop the site.
* Ensure adherence to jire Health and Safety policy / processes.
* To actively work alongside direct and in‑direct internal and external stakeholders.
* Develop a culture of respect and high performance within your team.
* Complete all team performance reviews, accurately and within Pav timeframe.
* Ensure Safety: Uphold the highest safety standards and compliance regulations, creating a safe and secure workplace for everyone.
* Monitor Performance: Track key performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives to meet and exceed our goals.

* Experience of working within a warehousing supervisory role / environment – Essential.
* Previous experience of managing and leading teams.
* Building and developing teams.
* Demonstrable record of delivering against targets.
* You’re a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team.
