Job Description
3. Process supplier invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
4. Maintain accurate records of payments and transactions.
5. Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
6. Communicate effectively with suppliers regarding payment queries.
7. Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
9. Support the accounting and finance department with ad hoc tasks.
The Successful Applicant
10. Prior experience in a similar role
11. Strong communicator both written and verbal
12. Happy to be fully office based
13. Able to work in fast-paced environments
