Job Purpose:

Ensuring client deliverables are provided on time, to budget and to client expectations. Accountable for ensuring Project / Study Execution Plan is followed with agreed action trackers and monthly reports.


Key Responsibilities:

* Utilising a defined Contract Execution Plan (CEP) framework to ensure delivery of scopes within the contract are carried out to budget and any change is managed appropriately.
* Owning and reviewing the project execution plans to ensure that key milestones are met and implementing Improvement Plans, as required.
* Delivery of Health, Safety and Environmental targets for the project & modifications.
* Maintaining effective communication between all relevant stakeholders, both onshore and on-site.
* Providing mentoring and support to developing team members on projects.
* Managing the full lifecycle of projects and ensuring readiness for execution is seamless.
* Ensuring a robust onboarding process is deployed for all project personnel – with specific focus on new starts (with Offshore supervision being ultra-critical and subject to checklist).
* Active participation, with collaboration from functional leads/managers, in ensuring the project teams have current and active objectives and development plans in place.
* Supporting offshore management site visits.
* Supporting ‘Exchange Zones’ roll-out and deployment across their project service provision.
* Resource management to meet Contract plans and functional liaison to support any planned up-mans or down-mans.
* Fully resource loaded schedule to deliver 28-day plan, along with accurate resourcing profiles passed in a timely manner to functions (supported by histograms or forward plans).
* Timely and controlled estimating process, with feedback loop tied to client specific performance (% for PMS and NPT, etc.).
* Accurate cost report, complete with accurate status of Change Management (Original Budget, Pending, With Client, Approved, Revised budget), PO status column, Anticipated Final Cost (and any variance between PO value and AFC).
* Timely issue of agreed plans and schedules to drive performance and contract requirements.
* Effective ‘Risk Management’ process with escalation in line with procedure for High and Very High risks.
* Day-to-day direction and control of all Project Controls resources on assigned to projects and modifications, along with timely feedback on performance
* Effective management of all project data, drawings and documentation.


Skills & Qualifications:

* Essential:
* Proven ability in delivering complex client projects in the Oil & Gas industry.
* Excellent stakeholder management skills.
* Extensive experience in managing successful teams.
* Desirable:
* Mandatory offshore certification (BOSIET, MIST, Medical, etc.)


Key Competencies:

* Strong communicator and proven ability to delivery results across a complex group of internal, and external, stakeholders.
* Problem-solving ability.
* Attention to detail.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.


Work Environment/Conditions:

* Office: Determined by assigned contract/project.
* Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week.
