A well-regarded law firm is seeking a Senior Private Client Solicitor to join its established team in Winchester. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer with their own client following to handle high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload, including:
* Drafting Wills, LPAs, and Declarations of Trust
* Court of Protection matters
* Tax and estate planning
* Probate and estate administration
* Advising elderly and vulnerable clients with care and professionalism
In addition, you will contribute to the growth of the department through mentoring junior colleagues, assisting with business development, and representing the firm through networking and client engagement.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years' PQE in Private Client law
* Existing client following
* Strong expertise across Wills, Probate, Estate Planning, and Court of Protection
* Excellent communication skills and client-focused approach
* Organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing files independently
* Leadership qualities with the ability to guide and support others
* Full driving licence (for occasional client visits)
