What’s involved?
This role would ideally suit an experienced Sous Chef looking for a new challenge. You will be working very closely with the Head Chef, supporting him in the day-to-day running of this busy kitchen. The ideal Sous Chef must be experienced with working with fresh local produce, as well as working in a fast-paced environment without compromising standards.
