Position: Rural Surveyor
Employment: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 am - 5.30 pm
Salary: up to £45,000 DOE, with a great bonus scheme

The Role:
As part of our client's expanding Rural Department, you'll be entrusted with a spectrum of responsibilities, including but not limited to:
1. Orchestrating Estate and Property Management initiatives
2. Spearheading Diversification and Planning endeavours
3. Conducting Valuations, Taxation, and Succession planning consultations
4. Nurturing Landlord and Tenant relationships
5. Advising clients on Agri-environmental Schemes and Grants
6. Facilitating Land and Property Transactions with finesse
7. Championing Renewable Energy ventures
Key Requirements:
Are you ready to take the reins? Here's what we're looking for in an ideal candidate:
8. RICS qualification with a minimum of 2 years PQE (ideally)
9. Preference for Registered Valuer and FAAV accreditation, though not mandatory
10. A knack for navigating commercial landscapes and achieving business targets
11. A dedication to delivering unparalleled client satisfaction
12. Proficiency in web-based case management systems
13. Proactive, adaptable, and a consummate team player
14. Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written
15. Possession of a full driving license and access to personal transportation
16. Adept at juggling multiple priorities and managing time effectively
17. Proficiency in Microsoft Packages
