We are looking for two Debt Recovery Administrator to join our Liberty Blume team in Bradford (BD4) for a 6-month fixed term contract. This hybrid position requires at least two days per week in the office. In this role, you'll manage your own portfolio of debt recovery cases using a case management system. This position is ideal for either a legal paralegal seeking experience in a growing department, an experienced debt handler looking for their next challenge or someone with customer service or call centre experience eager to excel. What will you be doing? Manage a portfolio of outstanding debt matters to maximise recoveries Contact debtors via telephone regarding their balances Handle cases in line with key performance indicators to meet established service level agreements Review documentation, summarise key points, assess risks versus benefits, and report to collaborators, customers, partners, and team members as needed Identify key issues and gather evidence Stay updated with relevant debt legislation and case law affecting the team Raise important issues or concerns with the line manager and seek assistance and direction when needed Provide flexible support to the operating model to ensure consistent service delivery We tend to look for people with: Essential: Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages Office experience Case management experience Strong listening skills Attention to detail Comfortable using the telephone Desirable : Telecoms experience/knowledge Legal qualifications Knowledge of the law and experience in case handling What’s in it for you?
