The Role
As a Teacher of Maths, you will:
* Deliver high‑quality, well‑sequenced Maths lessons across relevant key stages
* Build pupils’ fluency, reasoning and problem‑solving skills
* Use assessment intelligently to identify misconceptions and secure strong progress
* Contribute to an ambitious, inclusive curriculum designed to support all learners
* Work closely with colleagues, including the Curriculum Director and Lead Practitioner for Maths
* Support pupils with SEND and other vulnerable learners through effective strategies and interventions May
* Promote excellent behaviour, strong learning habits and a culture of high aspiration
* Engage fully in professional development, coaching and collaborative improvement
