Sales Administrator – Tendering Focus
Our client is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support their sales team, with a strong focus on tender and bid management. This is a key role ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant tender submissions while providing wider administrative support to the sales function.
Key Responsibilities
* Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender and bid documentation to tight deadlines
* Review tender requirements and ensure all responses are accurate and compliant
* Maintain tender libraries, templates, and supporting documentation
* Liaise with internal teams (sales, finance, operations) to gather required information
* Manage sales documentation, contracts, and client records
* Track tender opportunities and maintain CRM systems
* Provide general sales administration support as required
About You
* Previous experience in a sales administration or tendering role
* Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
* Confident working to deadlines and managing multiple tenders simultaneously
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience with CRM systems is desirable
* Knowledge of tender portals and procurement processes is an advantage
