Modus Careers is recruiting on behalf of a respected, design-led interiors and architecture studio based in Surrey. With a growing pipeline of beautiful, high-end residential projects across Surrey and Southwest London, the team is ready to welcome an experienced Interior Designer to play a pivotal role in their next chapter.

The Role
You’ll join as the third Interior Designer in the team, working closely with the studio founder, their Architect, and suppliers across multiple live residential projects.
* Lead projects from initial brief to completion
* Create detailed joinery packages and technical drawings in AutoCAD
* Liaise confidently with clients, trades, and high-end suppliers
* Oversee budgets, timelines, and on-site delivery
* Create mood boards, layouts, and visual presentations
* Play a key part in growing a studio where quality and creativity go hand in hand
About You
Whether you're a strong Midweight or experienced Senior Interior Designer, we’re looking for someone who’s hands-on, passionate, and confident leading high-end residential projects.
Must-Haves:
* Expert in AutoCAD, SketchUp (Revit a bonus).
* Strong client-facing presence with polished communication.
* Keen eye for joinery and detailing.
* Full UK driving licence, you’ll need to visit local sites/suppliers.
* Highly organised, proactive, and team-minded.
