Key Responsibilities:
* Delivering engaging and effective lessons across the primary curriculum (Key Stages 1 & 2).
* Creating a positive and stimulating learning environment for pupils of all ages and abilities.
* Assessing and tracking pupil progress and providing constructive feedback.
* Collaborating effectively with teaching staff and support staff.
* Communicating clearly and regularly with parents and carers.
* Adhering to school policies and procedures, including safeguarding guidelines.
Essential Criteria:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
* Proven experience teaching in UK primary schools.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
* A commitment to safeguarding and child protection.
Desirable Criteria:
* Experience working as a supply teacher in a primary school setting.
* Knowledge of specific educational programs or initiatives used in primary schools (e.g., phonics schemes).
