The role:
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a key role in driving business success by delivering exceptional customer service and maximising sales opportunities.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Negotiating offers to achieve the best outcomes for all parties
* Arranging and conducting property viewings
* Building strong relationships with buyers and vendors
* Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
* Proactively generating interest in new instructions
* Contributing to the overall growth and success of the branch
To be considered for the Sales Negotiator role, you must have:
* Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator
* A motivated, ambitious, and target-driven mindset
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A team player with a positive attitude
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
