Personal Injury Solicitor – EL/PL & Regulatory Bristol | Hybrid Working | £60,000–£70,000 DOE Benefits | NQ–4 PQE A top-tier and nationally recognised litigation team is seeking a Personal Injury Solicitor to join its Bristol office. This role offers the opportunity to handle high-quality defendant EL/PL work while gaining exposure to regulatory law, product liability and inquest matters — providing a broad and varied litigation experience. Primary experience in EL/PL would be ideal You will manage a caseload of defendant EL/PL claims, including fast-track and multi-track matters, and assist on more complex and catastrophic injury cases. In addition, you will: Advise corporate clients on complex litigation strategy Support on Health & Safety investigations, inquests and product liability matters Work closely with senior lawyers on high-value and high-profile cases Contribute to client care and case strategy across multiple disciplines Broad range of PQE - NQs welcome to apply Applications are invited from Solicitors with NQ–4 years’ PQE and strong experience in EL/PL litigation, gained within a recognised practice (claimant or defendant backgrounds considered).
