What you'll be doing:
* Setting and operating CNC machinery to produce high-accuracy components
* Working to strict quality standards within a precision engineering environment
* Supporting continuous improvement and maintaining excellent manufacturing standards
* Collaborating with a skilled team to meet production targets
What we're looking for:
* Minimum 1 year of CNC machining/setting experience
* Good understanding of precision machining and production processes
* A proactive approach with a desire to learn and progress
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
