We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client based in Hook for an experienced finance professional to support their UK audit on an initial 3-month contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced interim accountant/audit professional to join a well-established business during a key period, providing hands-on support across statutory reporting and audit deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Supporting the UK audit process end-to-end
2. Assisting with statutory accounting and financial reporting requirements
3. Liaising with auditors and internal stakeholders
4. Ensuring audit deliverables are completed accurately and to deadline
5. Providing hands-on support across key finance activities during the audit period
Candidate Requirements:
6. Strong statutory accounting experience
7. Proven audit experience (essential)
8. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running
9. Ideally ACA or ACCA qualified
10. Available for an immediate start
Additional Information:
11. Based in Hook, with 1-2 days per week required in the office
12. Initial 3-month contract
13. Potential outside IR35 determination, pending confirmation
