The Role
Vision for Education are seeking to appoint a dedicated and reliable Cover Supervisor to work in secondary schools in Bridlington. This role involves supervising whole classes during the short-term absence of the class teacher, ensuring students remain engaged with pre-set work and maintaining a positive learning environment.
This position is ideal for:
1. Experienced Cover Supervisors
2. Graduates considering a career in teaching

4. Candidates with strong behaviour management skills looking to gain classroom experience
Full training can be provided for candidates who have the right attitude, confidence, and commitment to working with young people.

Requirements
To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor you will:
5. Have experience working with young people (in an educational, coaching, youth work, or similar setting)
6. Be confident leading a classroom and managing behaviour effectively
7. Have strong communication and organisational skills
8. Be flexible, reliable, and adaptable
9. Hold a degree or be educated to A-Level standard (desirable but not essential)
10. Hold (or be willing to obtain) an Enhanced DBS check
