Your Opportunity

Join GBS as a Specialist Markets Account Executive in our 12‑month Gallagher Rise Programme (start date: 2 September 2026). The programme is sponsored by our UK Executive Leadership team and is designed to help you grow in the employee‑benefits industry.

How You'll Make An Impact

As a Specialist Markets Account Executive you will:

* Assist in marketing, negotiation, and placement of new business.
* Serve client accounts and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
* Create and interpret numerical and financial analyses.
* Onboard new clients, including drafting contracts.
* Prepare pitch documents, presentation materials and marketing collateral.
* Develop strong internal and external relationships to ensure efficient service delivery.

Educational Requirements

Compensation And Benefits
