We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead on a large-scale MEP construction project, ideal experience within the education sector although not necessary. What you'll be doing As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take full ownership of the planning and delivery of MEP services on the redevelopment of an historic college in Scotland. From managing subcontractors and suppliers to ensuring schedules, quality, and sustainability goals are met—you’ll be the driving force of project success. Your Key Responsibilities Lead the project team across MEP works on-site. Oversee submittal approvals, material deliveries, budgets, and timelines. Act as liaison between the client, consultants, and internal teams. Coordinate quality assurance, sustainability action plans, and loss prevention measures. Conduct preconstruction, progress, and subcontractor meetings. Ensure close-out documents, training, and final project deliverables are completed smoothly. Who we're looking for We Want To Hear From You If You Have Proven experience managing MEP elements of construction projects, ideally in education builds. A degree in Construction Management, Engineering, MEP Building Services—or equivalent experience. A leadership style rooted in integrity, collaboration, and commitment to quality.
