The Headteacher and Governing Body of Caradog Primary School are looking to appoint two experienced and enthusiastic teaching assistants who:

* Have very high expectations of themselves and of children, ensuring all pupils make progress.
* Are relationship-centred with pupils and families, demonstrating excellent positive behaviour management skills.
* Support teachers to create a stimulating learning environment in line with the new curriculum requirements.
* Are inclusive practitioners who will work closely alongside children with a range of ALN.
* Are team players who can work productively with colleagues and are committed to inclusion.
* Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Will contribute to the wider life of the school.
* Demonstrate the ability to be empathetic and understanding to the needs of students.
