Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily operations across all F&B outlets
* Recruit, train, and inspire a diverse team of supervisors, bartenders, and waiting staff
* Maintain exceptional service standards and manage guest feedback
* Drive revenue through upselling, innovation, and market awareness
* Manage budgets, stock control, and cost efficiencies
* Ensure full compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and public health policies
* Collaborate effectively with other hotel departments
* Develop and deliver training to uphold brand standards
* Promote safe working practices and lead by example
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Proven experience in Food & Beverage management (premium or luxury hospitality preferred)
* A confident, inspiring leader who builds strong, motivated teams
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to drive sales and profitability
* Calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure
