Our Client is seeking a technically skilled IT Support Technician to join their team. This role involves supporting and maintaining a range of office & telecommunication equipment. Key Responsibilities Technical Support : Provide assistance to users experiencing issues with hardware, software, and network systems. Troubleshooting : Diagnose and resolve problems related to software, hardware, and connectivity. Documentation : Keep accurate records of technical issues, resolutions, and system updates. User Training : Educate staff on best practices for using technology and software applications. Candidate Requirements Education : An IT/Computer qualification is desirable Experience : Previous experience in a technical support role is desirable. Skills : Strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and proficiency with operating systems and common software tools.
