Well-developed communication, interpersonal and influencing skills are essential. Our successful candidate will have experience and proven ability to drive change, use of performance and risk management integrated software, assist in delivering a planned programme of work and working with external regulators. Candidates will be educated to degree level or hold an advanced professional qualification in a relevant specialist discipline, demonstrating continued professional / management development.
