What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Community Fundraising Officer who will be the first point of contact for our community fundraisers who are looking to raise vital funds for us and provide administrative support for the team.

Your role
As Community Fundraising Officer youll play a key part in supporting a wide variety of individual and groups who are fundraising for Thames Valley Air Ambulance.
Youll be responsible for:
1. Ensuring our supporters receive an excellent supporter experience by delivering a high standard of customer service via phone, email, post or in person and through accuracy of donation thanking and responding to enquiries.
