Salary and Hours
Within the range £27,027 to £40,872 per annum. Starting salary subject to college salary assessment process.
35 hours per week, 52 weeks per year. Duration: up to 1 year or until the return of the permanent post holder.
About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Lecturer to join the Foundation Learning team at Suffolk New College. The successful candidate will be a specialist in inclusion, capable of teaching across a range of subjects, with experience working with young people with diverse inclusion needs, including learning difficulties and disabilities.
Working alongside the Head of Foundation and Inclusive Learning and team colleagues, you will be involved in planning, teaching, organization, and development of Foundation Learning Programmes.
Qualifications
* A good standard of education including maths and English at level 2 or equivalent.
* A relevant degree or professional qualification.
* A teaching qualification or a commitment to obtain one within a specified timeframe after employment.
