GSL Education are currently seeking reliable and enthusiastic Teaching Assistants (TAs) for flexible day-to-day supply work in Dinnington. As a TA, you’ll support pupils across a range of year groups and subjects, adapting quickly to different classroom settings and teacher expectations.
Responsibilities as a Teaching Assistant:
* Provide general classroom support to teachers and pupils.
* Assist with learning activities, both in small groups and one-to-one.
* Support students with SEN, EAL or behavioural needs as required.
* Help manage classroom behaviour and promote a positive environment.
* Follow school policies and contribute to a safe and inclusive setting.
Requirements for Teaching Assistant:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a school environment is desirable.
* A proactive and flexible attitude to working in different schools.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one).
* A full CV covering the last 10 years, with any employment gaps explained.
