Job Title: Truck Sales Executive
Location: Grimsby, DN41
Salary: £37,000 + company vehicle + uncapped commission – OTE £80K+
Full Time and Permanent – Monday to Friday 8.30am-5.30pm

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell a wide range of premium brand Trucks to both new and existing business clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to maximise sales potential.
- Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
- Conduct vehicle demonstrations and facilitate test drives for potential customers.
- Manage the entire sales process from initial enquiry to successful vehicle handover.
- Stay informed about product developments, market trends, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide diligent aftersales support.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
Ideal candidate profile:
You will have experience in selling heavy Commercial Vehicles / Trucks, with strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills, and you will be able to develop relationships effortlessly.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
You will have proficiency in using sales and CRM software and be able to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment.
An HGV license would be an advantage, but not essential.
You will understand vehicle legislation, consumer legislation, and trade practices.
Full and clean driving licence
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
