Langley has a fantastic opportunity for an organised, analytical and people focused Finance Administrator with good communication and interpersonal skills to join our busy and friendly referrals team in Taunton. This role is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract position covering a period of maternity leave, working 37 hours per week. The successful candidate will receive a salary of £26,256 per annum.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the efficient running of the Service office using appropriate office equipment and computerised systems and to act as a focal point for enquiries, answering the telephone and greeting visitors and to respond to requests for information in keeping with the Trust Policy on confidentiality.
* Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Service and to complete returns as directed.
* Input accurate and timely information into the Trust housing management system and to produce reports as required.
* Prepare invoices, record payments and expenditure, bank income and manage the project petty cash budget within Trust policy.
Manage the office petty cash float, postage and stationary budgets and the purchasing of other items as necessary.
