Dream Medical is looking for experienced Health Advisors to work within a prestigious private clinic in Brentwood, Essex covering 1-3 days per week, 09:00‑17:30 (flexible days). The role involves promoting health and wellbeing, delivering health education, conducting assessments, and developing personalized health plans.
Responsibilities
* Offer an outstanding customer experience and put the patient at the centre of their health assessment.
* Explain clinical results and risk factors to customers, guiding them on mitigating risks.
* Give individual lifestyle advice based on health risk, assessment results, and goals.
* Manage and maintain equipment within the clinic.
* Ensure centre compliance with CQC regulations, hygiene, confidentiality, customer service and health and safety.
* Carry out clinical testing including body composition analysis, spirometry, heart rate monitoring, phlebotomy, electrocardiograms, and blood pressure measurements.
* Travel as required to complete remote health screens within the UK.
* Manage health screen bookings and home tests.
* Provide administrative support as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
* Degree level or equivalent in exercise physiology/sports science/nutrition (essential).
* Strong customer service focus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Experience performing measurements or assessments in a health, fitness or medical environment (desirable).
* Accuracy in information recording and adherence to clinical guidelines.
* Ability to build rapport and tailor approach to individual customers.
* Empathy and ability to motivate customers to make positive health changes.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
