About you
* 5-8 years\' experience managing fit-out, shopfitting, or refurbishment projects
* Proven track record in delivering fast-track projects in live environments
* Strong leadership, communication, organisational, and commercial skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholder relationships effectively
* Relevant degree (Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related)
What you\'ll do
* Lead and manage multiple fit-out projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery
* Maintain project programmes, driving activities to meet key milestones
* Support and motivate site teams and manage stakeholders across Ireland
* Oversee budgets, monitor cash flow, and work with the commercial team to ensure profitability
* Promote high standards of Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality (HSEQ) compliance
* Support tendering and business development activities for new fit-out opportunities
