Senior Product Support Engineer

Responsibilities
* Drive serviceability with the Product Development teams to assist in the development, testing and rollout of new Traffic and EVCI products and services.
* Deliver technical support in a timely manner on Traffic and EVCI products to Field Services, Tendering/Sales, HSQE and Project Delivery engaging with the relevant experts in Engineering where necessary.
* Maintain close working relationships with all internal customers.
* Establish proactive working relationships with Yunex Traffic external customers.
* Work with key stakeholders to drive Field Services efficiency and productivity improvement projects.
* Grow our Remote Support capabilities with both the Service Operation Centre and field operatives.
* Drive process improvements into installation techniques and maintenance contracts.
* Collaborate with the team to drive Technical Support projects to completion.
* Occasional travel to all parts of the UK and occasional overseas visits.
* Seek and identify opportunities for new business and escalating where appropriate.
* Contribute to the development of the business via support of local contracts and customer liaison.
Qualifications & Experience
* Extensive knowledge of Yunex Traffic Products, Systems and Networks.
* Continuous personal knowledge and expertise development to ensure that as a member of the Technical Support team you are a trusted expert in your field.
* 经验 (or text) in problem solving complex scenarios and implementing change to prevent future occurrence.
* Excellent communication skills internally and externally at all levels, both written and verbal. Must be able to establish rapport quickly.
* Skilled in preparing complex reports using Microsoft Office tools.
* Liaise with customers, suppliers and internal departments and present information in a variety of formats to suit the audience.
* Strong interpersonal skills to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels, internally and externally, including influencing opinions of others and managing negotiation in conflict areas.
* Knowledge of IET regulations and experience of electrical systems.
