Job Description
3. Lead and manage risk assurance assignments, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering expert advice on risk management processes.
5. Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of risk assurance projects.
6. Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members, fostering their professional growth.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement effective solutions.
8. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to clients and stakeholders.
9. Collaborate with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions to clients.
10. Stay updated on industry developments and best practices in professional services.
The Successful Applicant
A successful RAS Manager should have:
11. A relevant professional qualification in accounting or auditing (CIA, ACA, ACCA, etc)
12. Extensive knowledge of risk assurance processes and methodologies.
13. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
14. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
15. Proven experience in a professional services environment.
16. A proactive approach to identifying and addressing client needs.
