The Team:
The Corporate Regulatory team sits within the firm’s wider Commercial Litigation department and advises a broad range of high‑profile clients, with particular strength across regulatory and governmental bodies as well as organisations operating in heavily regulated sectors. The team specialises in complex corporate regulatory and compliance matters, frequently working alongside colleagues across the firm to help clients navigate evolving corporate responsibility, governance and compliance obligations.
The practice is recognised for its involvement at the forefront of regulatory developments, particularly within the parking management sector, and is regularly engaged in lobbying activity, media commentary and television appearances. As a result, the work is varied, fast‑paced and often highly visible within the market.

The Role:
This is a unique opportunity for a Corporate Regulatory Senior Associate with 6+ years’ PQE to join their prestigious and growing team. Working with the firm’s national client base, you will collaborate with exceptional lawyers, driving further success for both your career and the firm.
You will manage, be involved in and develop a variety of corporate regulatory and compliance matters, including:
* Large scale and complex Government Consultation and linked regulatory obligations
* Corporate Responsibility and Reputation Management across various sectors
* Data protection compliance, ICO guidance, handling complex and cross‑border data compliance, maintaining privacy/data protection policies, and managing data breach response, readiness assessments, risk assessments and audits
* Sector‑based compliance – a niche in private land parking management, linked enforcement and lobbying, including the management of commercial land (airports, ports, railways, private/public land)
Consumer obligations and protection include:
* General product safety and recall, Advertising standards (ASA, CAP codes), Gambling licensing and prize competition rules
* Management of commercial land (airports, ports, railways, private/public land)
* Support the expansion of the practice and secure new opportunities with both existing and prospective clients
* Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal and regulatory developments
You will provide expert advice to clients across a broad range of regulatory and compliance matters, with a particular focus on data protection, privacy and evolving AI‑related regulation and governance issues.
