Thorne and Wait are recruiting for an International Customer Services Executive. We are looking for an organised, proactive, and customer-focused individual to support our European and UK IT dealer network. This role is key to maintaining strong relationships, ensuring smooth order processing, and delivering excellent service across multiple markets. Fluent German (written and spoken) is essential, as you will regularly liaise with German-speaking partners by phone and email. Occasional international travel may be required. Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end order processing, including updates, shipment coordination, and issue resolution. Act as a key contact for international IT dealers in Germany and the UK. Handle customer enquiries on products, pricing, availability, and logistics. Work closely with internal teams to meet customer expectations. Process returns, warranties, and maintain accurate CRM/ERP records. Skills & Experience Fluent German and English essential. Strong organisational and communication skills. Customer service or order management experience preferred. Confident learning and communicating technical product information. Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.
