Type: Full-time
Reporting to: Company founders / Associate Buyer
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 + Bonus
Role Overview:
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Product Operations Coordinator to join our
growing team.
You’ll be working on a range of innovative Sports Recovery Technology products, supporting inbound
freight, product management, quality assurance, and operational documentation. This role acts as a
key bridge between product sourcing, customer service, and operations—helping to ensure our
products meet the highest standards throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
• Take point on product documentation, ensuring internal knowledge bases are accurate and
current during product development.
• Liaise between Customer Service, Product Sourcing teams, and suppliers to identify, raise
and resolve product queries and faults.
• Maintain fault tracking, spot trends in fault data, and support corrective action follow-through.
• Support the team with inbound logistics by tracking shipments, assisting with freight
coordination, and keeping ETAs up to date.
• Coordinate delivery booking-in with UK & EU warehouses, flagging delays, shortages, or
discrepancies early.
• Support shipping/inbound documentation to ensure smooth warehouse intake.
• Maintain organised digital records in Google Drive for easy cross-team access.
Skills & Requirements
• 2+ years in product operations, supply chain, logistics coordination, QA/QC, or a related role
for physical consumer products or electronics sectors.
• Confident coordinating with offshore manufacturers and third-party warehouse partners.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to produce clear reports and documentation.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfortable working with simple data in Sheets/Excel to spot trends and summarise findings.
• Start-up mindset: proactive, adaptable, and happy working across multiple functions.
• This role may include occasional trips to China (for factory follow-ups, or team offsites) — all
visa costs and arrangements supported.
