Overview
Mercure London Bridge is looking for its new Conference and Banqueting Coordinator. The hotel has 144 bedrooms, 3 meeting rooms, a bar, restaurant and fitness area.
Responsibilities
* Take day-to-day management of the Conference & Banqueting department in terms of meeting room planning and sales.
* With the Food & Beverage Manager and Head Chef, ensure that all guest satisfaction requirements are met.
