The Complex Needs Service is seeking a Team Therapist.
We are looking for a Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker, or therapist trained in counselling or psychotherapy. You must be registered with a governing body.
The Bucks Complex Needs Service is a small, friendly, and well-formed team. We provide psychological therapy for individuals who have personality disorder traits or a diagnosis of personality disorder. Our team offers group therapy to empower individuals to manage their symptoms and live more fulfilling lives.

Main duties of the job
The role involves facilitating group therapy sessions alongside other team therapists, conducting assessments for referred individuals, and potentially supervising once experienced. Outreach work to surrounding services, as well as teaching and supporting them in working with our patient group, will also be part of your responsibilities.
You will be expected to participate in weekly team meetings and be an active member of the wider team.
