Position
Job Title: Performance Coach - Business Admin/Customer Service
Location: Remote
Salary: Up to £35,000
Working days: Monday to Friday (08:30-17:00)
We're looking a Performance Coach to join our BACS team on a remote basis to play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and effectiveness of our operational training delivery. In this exciting role you will coach, mentor, and develop our team of trainers and skills coaches, helping them deliver engaging and impactful learning experiences.

Key aspects of this role include:
• Provide comprehensive coaching and mentorship to trainers and skills coaches, assisting them in delivering effective and engaging programmes.
• Evaluate the performance of trainers and coaches through observations, assessments, and feedback sessions
. Identify areas for improvement and produce development plans for coaches
• Develop and implement performance improvement strategies contributing to ongoing professional growth
• Support new Skills Coaches through induction and appropriate sampling and support measures
• Create opportunities for sharing best practice to enhance the occupational experience we provide to learners
• Ensure all internal & external Quality Assurance requirements are maintained
• Support & deliver against the actions within the business CIP and sector deep dive activity
• Collaborate with delivery managers, training manager and quality colleagues to establish quality benchmarks, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations
Requirements
What qualifications we need from you:
. Training/teaching qualification e.g. CET, PTTLS, PGCE
. IQA qualification
. Minimum Level 3 - Business Administration or Customer Service qualification
. Level 2 Functional Skills
What experience we require:
. Experience in relevant Business Administration and Customer Services role
. Extensive experience of successfully achieving targets and deadlines without close supervision
. Experience supporting Ofsted inspections, with sound understanding of the Education Inspection Framework
. Confident in using e-portfolio tools to support learners in achieving their goals - we use Bud
. Proven experience of successfully assessing evidence against apprenticeship standards
Skills, abilities and knowledge needed to succeed in this role:
. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
. Ability to build a strong working relationship with a variety of stakeholders
. Confident to work independently and as part of a team
. Ability to manage workload and time efficiently to meet deadlines
. Knowledge of curriculum planning and quality cycle
. Knowledge of Awarding organisations, funding bodies and Ofsted requirements
. IT confident especially wit MS office suite including Teams
. Access to a car or the ability to travel for meetings
