The Estate stretches across 3000 acres of park and woodland which includes Dudmaston Hall, four farms and the village of Quatt. Comer Wood at the heart of The Estate has miles of walking paths to explore on foot or by bike. Its an exciting time to join the team at Dudmaston as we are embarking on our twenty year vision which sees the creation of a significant amount of woodland, wood pasture and species rich grassland. In addition Dudmaston is part of the sandscapes project - a nature recovery project which aims to restore and reconnect areas of sandy habitats across three counties. You’ll pass on your knowledge and enthusiasm to encourage others to love this area as much as you do. Whenever and wherever you come across people, you’ll take the time to talk to them and answer their questions, rather than rushing away to the next task.You’ll make sure that the conservation work and outdoor experiences on the land in your care are of the highest standard. The role changes with the seasons providing varied challenges and priorities throughout the year.
