Role – Cybersecurity Delivery Manager
Location: Milton Keynes / London / United Kingdom
Job Responsibilities
Functional Domain Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee at least three or more Cybersecurity delivery engagements, including:
o Audit principles and associated controls
o Enterprise Security architecture
o Cloud Security
o Vulnerability Management
o Email security
o Web Application Firewall
o Cyber Incident Management (CERT)
Delivery Operations & Excellence:
* Maintain global delivery operations (Green status)
* Handle operational issues and escalations, ensuring communication with clients
* Achieve SLA/SLO targets and ensure process compliance
* Act as escalation point for delivery team issues
* Identify and drive opportunities for SIPs/CIPs
* Establish governance models, best practices, and operating procedures
* Coordinate seamless transition of new services or clients
* Participate in Service Operations and Quality Review meetings
* Lead and innovate solutions for complex problems
* Ensure business continuity during outages
Team Management:
* Conduct performance appraisals
* Support resource planning, allocation, and attrition management
* Monitor team performance and provide feedback
* Coach team members for skill development
* Recognize and reward high performers
* Promote training and certifications
* Monitor quality, productivity, and team performance regularly
Customer Relationship Management:
* Act as a trusted security advisor
* Align with management on strategy based on feedback & CSAT
* Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities
* Maintain communication and positive relationships
Financial Management:
* Assist in monitoring project financials, costs, staffing, and risks
* Improve efficiency and utilization
Service Transition:
* Manage transition projects following best practices
* Conduct due diligence and document findings
* Coordinate training, recruitment, and system requirements
* Monitor transition deliverables and stakeholder communication
Technical & Behavioral Skills:
* Knowledge of security frameworks (ITIL, ISO27002, PCI DSS, Cobit 5)
* Experience with security tools and testing practices (OWASP, NIST)
* Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and support a 24/7 environment
Qualifications & Experience:
* 10+ years in IT, with 6+ years in Cybersecurity delivery management
* Bachelor’s in IT, CS, or related
* Certifications: CISM, CISSP, CEH, CySA+ (must-have); ITIL V3/4 (good to have)
