Job Description
What you'll be doing:
3. Providing first-line HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
4. Managing onboarding and offboarding processes
5. Supporting employee relations cases including investigations and note-taking
6. Assisting with recruitment and supporting managers through the hiring process
7. Coordinating training and development initiatives
8. Keeping employee records up to date using the HRIS
9. Supporting key HR projects and process improvements
10. Helping with monthly payroll data and HR reporting
The Successful Applicant
What we're looking for:
11. Previous HR generalist experience - ideally in a fast-paced environment
12. A good working knowledge of UK employment law
13. Confident communicating with stakeholders at all levels
14. Organised, detail-oriented and a self-starter
15. CIPD Level 3 qualified (Level 5 desirable) or equivalent experience
