They are known for their strong technical expertise, customer-focused approach and ability to deliver innovative, cost-effective solutions across a wide range of industries. Operating from a well-invested manufacturing facility, the business offers agile production capabilities, consistent product quality and support for both start-ups and established brands. They are currently seeking an experienced Cut & Crease Operator to join their production team. The role involves operating sheet-fed cut and crease machinery (primarily Bobst, with Sanwa experience advantageous) producing high-quality packaging materials to specification. Key Responsibilities: Setting up cut and crease machines ahead of production runs Performing quality control checks throughout the production process Carrying out basic equipment maintenance and using hand tools as required Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors to identify and resolve production issuesRequirements: Bobst experience is highly advantageous Strong attention to detail with a quality-focused mindset Comfortable using hand tools for machine setup and routine maintenance Effective communicator, able to work collaboratively Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented production environment Safety-conscious with a good understanding of workplace health and safety regulations Willingness to learn and adapt in a continuously evolving production environment
